With over thirty years of experience, Huy is recognized in the architecture, design and construction industries as leader who has increased the quality and value of architecture for many national and international development companies. During the 19 years with the firm, Huy Nguyen has worked on, designed, managed and completed thousands of projects ranging from public monuments, commercial, master planning, multifamily residential and single family homes ranging from workforce housing to high-end estate homes. His firm has won more than 350 design awards and been featured in worldwide publications.

Derrick C White-Childs, Director of Construction & Design at Container Homes USA, has been a residential and commercial carpenter for 36 years and a stone mason for 24 years.

Derrick changed the game when he, alongside his wife, founded Container Homes USA. While growing up in poverty Derrick did not deter from Gods mission for his life but gave him the drive to help others overcome some of the obstacles he faced at a young age. Derrick believed in Container Homes USA so much so that when he started, he put everything he had into the company working 16-hour days. In his first year he earned $17k.

Today the company is grossing in the millions and continues to grow in an exponential manner.

Derrick and his wife, Monique, Co-Chairs Operation Hope USA, a 5013C non- profit entity, which has been operating for 10 years. The non-profit consist of 3 food panties which feeds 50k+ people annually in Cleveland, Ohio. Derrick is a Minister and Armourbearer to Bishop Tony L. Williams at The River of Life Ministries where he is also the Director of Community Engagement.

CEO/Managing Member, Monique M Childs, was an RN in Labor and Delivery for 15 years after which she worked in Detroit for 5 years as a Community RN helping teenage pregnant girls.

After being diagnosed with MS in 2012 Mrs. Childs, through the help of God and her husband Derrick, has been able to navigate herself through the rigorous complications of MS.

In 2016 Monique became CEO of Container Homes USA taking the business from the bottom to one of the top 3 Container Home Manufacturers in the USA.

With her strong faith in God and incredible work ethic CEO/Managing member Monique has made CHUSA a certified MBE/FBE and EDGE in the state of Ohio. Monique has CHUSA expanding into the Multifamily Modular Housing Market with $250 million dollars in projects within the USA pipeline.

The amazing part about Monique is she hasn’t taken a paycheck from the company YTD.
