These services will be led directly by the CEO and/or COO for ADC
Once engaged with ADC, our firm will utilize deep relationships developed through projects completed on pass projects. Goal would be to collaborate and strengthen overall relationships necessary to progress strategy.
Financing Partners
ADC has established multiple banking relationships with both local community and national lenders. Additionally, ADC has access to capital markets and the capability to manage bond offerings. These relationships have been developed through previous financing activities for commercial and multi-family housing projects.
Political
ADC has experience working with all the needed government agencies at the city, county and state levels. Additionally, Peter Brown has state and federal relationships to be utilized as needed.
Professional
ADC has relationships with various architects, engineers, General Contractors with relevant experience. Again, these relationships have been developed via current projects involving commercial and multi-family projects.
Commercial Partnerships
Extensive relationships with various commercial owners and developers. Some of these relationships have bee developed via our private equity partnerships.
