ABOUT US

Atlantic Development Consulting was founded by industry leaders Byron Jones, Ross Berman, and Peter Brown.

Our Mission

At Atlantic Development Consulting (ADC), we are disrupting the construction industry with our innovative solutions that combine efficiency, sustainability and affordability. Our mission is to create sustainable, affordable, and high-quality housing that addresses the needs of communities and organizations while promoting environmental stewardship.

Our Story

Founded by industry leaders Byron Jones, Ross Berman, and Peter Brown, Atlantic Development Consulting was established to tackle the growing housing crisis with groundbreaking solutions. Recognizing the inefficiencies in traditional construction and financing methods, our founders embraced modular construction and strategic partnerships to deliver housing that meets the demands of affordability, sustainability, and durability.

ADC’s journey began with a focus on solving the “missing middle” housing gap—families who earn too much to qualify for government assistance, but not enough to afford rising market-rate rents. By leveraging cutting-edge construction methods and financial expertise, we’ve expanded our impact across three primary areas: student housing, affordable workforce housing, and luxury resort developments.
