• Addressing the “Missing Middle” with Workforce Housing and Affordable Units in Palm Beach County: We are currently committed to a Palm Beach County project that targets families who earn between 60% and 80% of the average median income and are said to make too much to qualify for section 8 housing. This project comprises three four-story apartment buildings and 48 units with a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments. (24 one-bedroom units and 24 two-bedroom units).
