Project Funding
Lead the development of a comprehensive Pro Forma Financial model for the following purposes:
- Receiving credit approval and/or grant approval using any of the following funding sources: local/state grants, low-interest affordable bank loans, public bond issuance, bank credit, private credit opportunities specific to affordable multi-family, State Apartment Incentive Loan (SAIL), and/or Community Development Block Grants (CDBG).
- Ensuring the management team understands the financial impacts.
After approval of the comprehensive Pro Forma Financial model, finalize appropriate funding sources and engage to raise capital.
Once the capital raise obtains preliminary approval from funding partners, prepare documents for the Board’s recommendation for final approval.
Once approved, liaise with external attorneys and funding partners to review and execute financial documents.
Manage the financial closing process, including overseeing the key task list to ensure successful closing with all financing constituents.
