Ideation/Project Vetting to Project Approval
For specific project-based development in the ideation phase, the following will be performed:
- Capital needs assessment for acquisition and construction projects.
- For new builds, preliminary site plan development with architects and cost estimates.
- Perform preliminary financial analysis, including understanding funding sources and determining the need for ownership/partnership relations. Input and development of JV/SPE structures, if required.
- Liaise with the management team to build a credible business/strategy case, including preparation of an executive presentation based on items a-c above.
- Work with the management team to obtain all appropriate approvals.
